Lost partition(with Data) after PGP whole disk decryption

Hello.

I had to had my disk decrypted as I forgot my windows password and so was not able to get past boot gaurd. 

My laptop has 1 disk (160 GB) that had 2 partitions (C and E (D being the CD drive)) . Upon decryption I have lost the E drive as well as the entire data stored in that partition. Also as mentioned in the above post, I can see multiple PGPWDE files in my C drive. How can I recover the lost partition as we the the data?
