Up-to-date clients showing as out-of-date in SEPM

I am new to SEPM. I'm operating on a private network with no internet access. I have seen multiple threads on similar issues and have verified client-server communication. I can deploy and update Win7 clients so that they show that they are up to date locally, but SEPM shows them as out-of date.

Environment: SEPM is installed on Server 2008 using embedded DB. Clients are 64bit Win7.

The 2 Win7 clients that were deployed from SEPM both show up as out of date.
