SEP System Administrator Account Missing

Hi,

I have a SEP 12.1.5 installation that I've recently inherited.  The only accounts I can see when I log on are Administrator accounts. There is no system administrator account, nor can I add rights to any account to make it a system administrator account.

How can I go about recreating a system administrator account, or assigning system admin rights to an exisitng account?
