Doubt NTFS mounted virtual drive, local drive or removable storage?

Hi All,

I have a doubt; a virtual drive device which is mounted on a local ntfs directory (C:\name\ ) in terms of DLP monitoring is considered removable storage or local drive? We are facing slow transfer times while moving files from local drive (and vice-versa) even not monitoring any internal actions, only removable storage.

In case is considered removable storage, whats the best approach to avoid slow speed trasnfer? Create a filter to ignore the path C:\name\ from destinations Removable Storage and Local Drive on agent config?
