Symantec™ Endpoint Encryption Removable Storage

Hallo All, 

I'm looking for a solution that we can encrypt the data on a removable storage, and they only can be accessed by a hardware with the registered serial number or some other number of the hardware. Because the hardware will be a offline, they can not access any server for decrypting files. We need to encrypt the files when they are accessed, so probably on the removable storage. In this case the encryption key has also be include some extra serial number. Are there any solution that Symantec can offer us?
