We've recently upgraded to version 14.0.1 at one of our customer. After the upgrade we noticed that the endpoint agent does not detect CD/DVD writing. The policy contains keywords, copy to removable storage and CD/DVD protocol. Before the upgrade the policy worked, but now if we copy a file to removable storage it works but when we write the same file to a CD the agent does not detect that. The client OS is Windows 10 which is unsupported by 14.0.1 but today we've upgraded to 14.0.2 but the result is the same. DLP agent does not detect confidential files which are copy to CD/DVD. Roxio and built in writer also checked with the same result. Should we have to change something in the Application Monitoring, or in the policy after upgrade? Previous upgrades did not affect the implemented policies...
