I have one of my users that i support receiving the following error message and its affecting all their users
can Symantec suggest a solution

SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
501 Connection rejected by policy [7.7] 3605, please visit
www.messagelabs.com/support<http://www.messagelabs.com/support> for more details about this error message.
We need to identify what policy 7.7 is within message labs.
